These guys are dacoits., been charging me for the last 13-14 month inspite of me cancelling it more than a year back . I also have email confirmation from the manger last year it is my badthat I trusted them and never checked my bank account until last month when I found out that these guys never stopped charging me all these 13-14 months. When I confronted them on person the new manager promised to take up the case with their corporate office and get back to me and today I receive a mail “ Good morning Rajashree, I finally heard back from corporate and they will not be issuing a refund. At this point I have the final word from corporate and they won't be changing their minds. I understand me sympathizing with you does not help, but I hope you understand how sorry I am I couldn't help you more.
